BRONZE: 10 USD / month, 10 PRIVILEGES.
SILVER: 100 USD / month, 100 PRIVILEGES.
GOLD: 1,000 USD / month, 1,000 PRIVILEGES.
PLATINUM: 10,000 USD / month, 10,000 PRIVILEGES.
DIAMOND: 100,000 USD / month, 100,000 PRIVILEGES.

These are inclusive qualification thresholds, not wallet or spending caps. DIAMOND starts at 100,000 P. WHITE, WOOD and BLACK are not active programme tiers; separate product-linked cards and historical records must not be silently reinterpreted.

## PRIVILEGES

1 PRIVILEGE (P) = 1 USD internal reference/use value. Not a cash-out promise, bank account or cryptocurrency. Do not use the old 100-P-per-USD ratio, XP or Storm Credits as the public unit.

One visible P balance per authorized ENTITY account context. HUMAN members receive loyalty status; ORGANIZATION campaign/operational budgets and AI delegated budgets do not automatically receive human benefits.

No automatic purchased-point bonus. Annual displayed amounts are twelve times monthly, with upfront allocation and separately governed annual qualification coverage.

Purchased/validly awarded P do not expire because qualification ends. Standard eligible acquisitions contribute to current status for 30 days. Spending reduces balance, not that qualification contribution or lifetime history. Annual allocations must not be counted twice.

Three distinct views: available balance; active qualifying acquisitions; lifetime qualifying acquisitions. Purchases, recurring acquisitions and approved funded rewards can qualify. Refunds, restorations and transfers do not create new qualifying acquisitions.

Top-Ups do not require a subscription when enabled. Operational purchase/security limits are independent of status thresholds. The old per-tier Top-Up counts/caps and routine point-expiry periods are superseded.

## Campaigns and quests

HUMAN, ORGANIZATION and AI may create/own/sponsor campaigns within their authority. Campaign Owner and Actor are distinct. Acting for another ENTITY requires an explicit scoped, revocable and auditable mandate.

Rewards can include funded PRIVILEGES, badges, skins, NFTs, access, invitations, upgrades and partner benefits. Conditions can include membership, geography, time, context, proof and funded capacity. Preserve authorised PAY-AS-REWARDED accounting and prevent duplicated value.

## Interpretation rules

- Programme source/catalogue publication is not payment, issuance or production activation.
- Do not invent contracted lounge, hotel, travel or other partner benefits.
- Do not infer that every partner accepts P as a payment rail or that all jurisdictions are authorised.
- Recognition does not grant access to a private VERSE or bypass SHIELD.
- Existing financial, identity, privacy and provider gates remain in force.
- Do not revalue existing ledger balances or historical contracts based on this document.
- FREE/DIAMOND placeholder visuals are not approved physical or 3D card assets.
